Hi there! I'm Babbs.

I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, and high-level athletes. I offer trauma-informed care rooted in connection, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I provide in-person and telehealth sessions for adolescents, emerging adults, and adults.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. I tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of her, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools while staying grounded in empathy and authenticity.

I am dedicated to creating a space where clients can show up fully—whether that means sitting together in an office, meeting outdoors, taking a walk during session, or connecting virtually.

My belief in the power of therapy comes not only from my professional training but also from my own personal experience as a client. I understand the courage it takes to begin this work and I bring that understanding into every session.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Wyoming, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University.
